With over 25 years of experience leading transformation, innovation, and strategic change across global corporates, high-tech research, and regional economies, I’ve seen one thing hold true:

Why I Built This Program

I created this program because I kept seeing smart, capable people stuck in survival mode—firefighting, over-functioning, and burning out under layers of complexity and unclear expectations. Leaders had big goals but little traction. Teams were working hard but not in flow. And transformation felt more like a burden than a breakthrough.

This program brings together everything I know about what makes transformation and leadership work—from aligning people and process, to building trust and ownership, to making technology feel like an enabler instead of another task.

A Bit About My Background

  • I’ve worked across corporate innovation (Canon Australia), tech research and commercialisation (Walton Institute, Ireland), and regional business development (Waterford Chamber, RDA Orana, Hunter iF)

  • I lead Tech Team Whisperer, where I support mid-sized, growth-oriented organisations to get their people, plans, and platforms moving in the same direction

  • I’m currently the Chair of Hunter iF, driving cross-sector innovation across the Hunter region

  • I live on an equine property in regional NSW, where I’ve built a boutique agistment business (and still do strategy calls with horses in the background)
